"Noticed wire was not connected to wash pump due to a bent lead, but I replaced the sump anyways. Diagnostic cycle showed diverter error. I checked all connections and they are in place. Also checked connections at board - everything is connected. I tried reinstalling the old diverter motor, but had the same results. Ordering harness and sump. ; ordrng 1 W11726283 (Harness) and 1 W11443104 (Sump)"

Customer stated rack comes flying out when he opens door. I suggested putting the more heavy items in the back of the unit so the weight doesn't cause it to roll forward. Also checked the gasket.
