The evaporator was completely iced up and not allowing airflow to get into the fridge. I defrosted the evaporator and did a force defrost mode to test the heating element and the power coming down to it and it turned on with the forced defrost indicating there is a faulty defrost thermistor that was not sending a signal to the control board to turn on the heater. This unit had an option for a timed defrost mode which bypasses the thermistor and defrosts the unit every 8 hours regardless so I set it two times defrost and instructed the customer to monitor

Customers complaint was that there's a PF code that would not go away no matter what. When I arrived the code was not there but the UI panel would not allow you to select a cycle or start the unit. I tried to get it in the diagnostic mode and it would not work. The UI is receiving power I double checked the connections and it does not seem to be any issues there the panel lights up and beeps when you push the buttons but does not let you select a cycle or start the unit. Due to the nature of the problem I am unable to tell if the issue is with the ACU or the UI so I am ordering both. Techline advised using 250psi nitrogen to clear low side restriction, evacuating system, then using 10g of R600a to sweep system free of remaining nitrogen, evacuate again, and recharging. Followed techline advise. Mineral oil blew clear from cap tube, no solid debris. Replaced dryer, evacuated, ran sweep charge, evacuated, and recharged with R600a. Pressures measured -15inHg and 57psi on startup. Unit developed full frost pattern. SR#7741800985"

Customers complaint was that it would not agitate or spin when she had a larger load in the washer. I put the unit in the diagnostic cycle and tested the shifter and a high speed agitation and a high speed spin and those seem to function correctly so I checked the slider and the slider was in good condition. I ran a factory calibration cycle and put a large load in and tested the unit and the unit now actuates and spins as it should. If the unit has this issue again and the customer calls back then order a clutch W11195971

"Customer was concerned because they had a brown out and when the power was turned back on they had the oven running and then a couple hours after they shut it off they noticed a burning smell and check the oven and it was still extremely hot in there. I inspected the unit thoroughly it could find no signs of a short or burn anywhere. When I tested the unit at 350 degrees it came out with an average temperature of 365?, but other than that there was no issue with it running or cycling and it shut off when I turned it off. I calibrated the oven down 15? to ensure a correct temperature. I called the safety tech line and reported my findings to them"
