Customer stated unit was making a squealing sound. I diagnosed unit but could not get it to duplicate noise. Customer did have a recording of it but it was still difficult to identify where it was coming from. I ran several high spin speed cycles without any noise which makes me believe that it is not the gearcase also their was no oil residue or anything which is usually a good indication gearcase is bad. I did replace the slider to see if that would make a difference for the customer. I'm going to have customer run a load and see if noise is still there. Customer stated unit was leaking. I looked underneath unit and found small leak coming from water valve. Valve was not threaded on right and was not sealed all the way. I took off water supply line and reinstalled it. Turned water back on and checked for leaks. I did not see any. Unit is working properly

Customer states unit was shutting off mid cycle. I put unit into a diagnostic mode found error code F6E4 for floodswitch activated. I ran a diagnostic cycle successfully. The switch is ok. I could not duplicate issue. I reccomend replacing the board. This customer has an extended warranty but did not set it up. He called them while I was in home and they should be sending a dispatch to us for same unit and issue. If so order board W11225084 so we don't have to make three trips out.
