Found unit sitting in a puddle of water when I arrived. Inspected rear of unit for water connection failures. Water connection to the unit was dry and did not appear to be the source. Found that the icemaker filter was cracked at the top because it was frozen. This was causing water to spray out of the top of the unit and leak down into the fresh food compartment during icemaker Fill. Shut icemaker off at control so the leak will not continue until they fill tube can be repaired. Ordered fill tube; ordrng 1 W11415785 (Tube)

Also stated that after washing bathroom rug customer discovered debris in utility sink during next cycle. Checked for error codes no codes present. Ran diagnostic test cycle to confirm function. Unit completed diagnostic cycle as it should. Tested unit In manual test mode on both heavy agitation and heavy span observed water quality while draining unit unit is spinning and agitating as it should water quality is good. Called tech line to document findings. Tech line agent stated if no codes are present unit is working as designed spoke with tech line about rug issue. Tech line stated that if washing an item like a rug you will need to counter the weight of that item or else it will not spell correctly. Customer is very frustrated with machine technician explained that unit is working as designed. Spoke with customer about proper cycle selection and loading. Stating that unit would run for a few minutes then flash code and then customer would be able to restart unit and finish cycle. According to tech sheet HF code is water error relating to water flow or sensing water in tub during cycle. Checked resistance of water valves and flow meter. Both tested within range. Checked pressure switch for function and confirmed pressure hose was not damaged. Ran diagnostic cycle. Unit completed cycle as it should. Ran unit on normal cycle and observed unit.
