Screws for evap cover were installed . Drain tube is free of restrictions . Ran test 4 3 way valve is working . Called techline SR 7730405316 . Went over unit with techline . Techline deemed unit unrepairable.

Customer has run clean was cycle but using bleach and not affresh . In the owners manual you can use bleach . Customer is going to get affresh and run that . Gave tips on best wash cycles . Customer will follow instructions. Emailed the owners manual to customer . Unit tested good .

Ran cycle and observed unit discovered that timer is failing to actuate drain solenoid during final half hour of cycle. This is causing unit to continue to fill with water but not draining existing water out. Timer is causing issue but it no longer available.

Adjusted and cleaned feet. Checked suspension and springs for wear. Locking nuts on feet were not tight. Tightened locking nuts. Unable to recreate afterwards.
