Sr 7742237781 I called Tech Line again and we ohmed out The Freezer compartment thermistor and that was within range and all of the fans operate as they should. While I was there the unit never developed a frost pattern in the freezer and I checked the refrigerator evaporator and there is no defrost issues and not a full frost pattern up there either. The customer said she has a claim with Whirlpool About the repair so I called Tech Line and reported what have been done to the unit and got an SR number for the customer. I chipped away a little bit of the ice by the evaporator to get the doors to close and thats all the customer wanted me to do until the claim with Whirlpool gets resolved
