Customer concerned with dishwasher pod not dissolving. Ran diagnostics to test dispenser function. Dispenser opened normally every time. Put a deferment pod in the dispenser to see how it would fall. Pod fell into the bottom of the tub normally and dissolved. Checked float switch for debris. No debris in float. Tested dispenser several more times to verify function. Recommending that the front portion of the lower dish rack be kept clear of tall items that may interfere with the dispenser door. This will prevent the pod from falling in the corners.
