Customer still complains of close wet at end of cycle. 2 more slow drain errors stored since last service call. Tested lid and locking in diagnostic and testd good. Drain pump does run but is not at peak productivity. Should discharge 17 gallons per minute. Takes several minutes to drain partially filled tub. Quoted for drain pump. Customer will reach ATEC if opt for repair.

Ran test four tested good . Drain pan was bowed causing water to sit on the left side . Techline deemed unit unrepairable due to the liner pushing on the drain pan . Cleared all ice and installed a screw with silicone to hold the drain pan down . Customer will contact Lowes about unit being unrepairable.
