"Customer stated unit is making noise during agitation. Ran diagnostic and found F7E6 error code. Found that shifter arm is not moving to engage transmission during agitation. Also noticed oil build up on drive pulley and inside splutch assembly. Replaced cam and actuator. Unit operates as expected. Explained to customer that noise could be coming from transmission due to oil leak. Also advised customer that transmission will need to be replaced to fully repair unit. Quoted for gearcase, customer does not want to replace gearcase at this time.; used 1 W10721967 (CAM), and 1 WPW10006355 (ACTUATOR) from stock"
