When I was in freezer I noticed customer had ice built up on the bottom of the unit. I cleared out drain plug so when unit goes into defrost water can drain. Also handle was loose on unit. Took handle off and tightened screws so handle stays in place.

Customer stated unit would shut off once they started a cycle. Diagnosed unit and found error codes F7E1 for basket speed fault and also F2E1 for stuck key. I checked that basket could move freely and that belt wasn't slipping. I ran a diagnostic cycle which ran successfully. After I put unit into a normal cycle and watched it for about 20min. Unit did advance cycles and was working correctly. I could not duplicate issue. Only thing I could think of is if the outlet it was being plugged into was not grounded correctly unit will have issues. Explained to customer that I could not duplicate issue. Customer stated unit was getting hot outside the unit after the repair. I took door off to install igniter. She said door look slightly off and not even. Husband said he lifted door. Tightened screws and informed customer that they have to push the door all the way in so theirs no cracks were warm air can enter freezer. Customer also pointed out how crispers keep falling out.
