"Customer stated unit was leaking and also filled to the top. I diagnosed unit checked error codes but did not find any. I the ran a diagnostic cycle but I didn't see water leaking. I tested the fabric softener dispenser but also didn't see water. I then stated a bulky heavy soil cycle. Unit is set to deep water wash, I showed customer and let her know that with that being turned on the basket is going to fill most of the way. I watched the unit fill then wash but I still could not find the source of the leak. I checked underneath unit and saw water spots on the panel that started at the fabric softener.
