He stated that couple days after the unit stopped producing ice and not freezing items. I diagnosed unit again and noticed that door switch was not working. I took it apart and realized that one of the connections was not connected. When I connected them it was still not working, door switch tested Good. I called whirlpool and asked what else could be going on. They video chatted me and they saw that it was wired incorrectly from the factory.
