Found the Asher was unresponsive on arrival. He power tested good. The status light on the control was not on. Removed the shifter connection and tested. The washer turned on and was being responsive but the status light stayed off. Tested again and the user interface failed. Removed shifter again and it started to respond. The washer needs a shifter and control board. The customer is going to replace.

When closing the door a vacuum is created in fresh food section and the door is difficult to open for about a minute until the vacuum is release through drain tube. Replaced drain tube in case there was air obstructions in it. Tested door no it seemed to open quicker after it has been closed.
