"Customer stated that the unit is fraying their towels and ripping jeans at the seems. No codes. After inspecting unit i found that the wash plate tested good. I calibrated the unit and ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I explained to the customer about cycle selection, how to load unit and how much HE detergent to use. I suggested that the unit be connected to the WiFi so the unit gets updated. Unit tested good"
