"Was unable to recreate the issue. Ran the unit through a speed wash cycle. The unit is filling, agitating, draining, and spinning on its own. Performed a component test on the drain pump, drive system, lid lock, and pressure sensor, all tested good. Advised the customer to try using bulky items cycle, as it seems to only be an issue when washing towels. No repairs needed."

"The tub outer tub assembly got stuck under the top frame and causing it to lean back. I freed the tub, leveled unit and tested with clothes inside. Unit spin out normally with no problem found. Washer isn't on a level surface and has to be monitored to ensure it remains level. Advised customer to mark off the area it is in now so that if unit moves it can be returned to the correct leveled position."

"Found unit has a ring of build up in the drum. The customer does use affresh pods to clean the washer. Ran a diagnostic cycle to find that the unit is functioning properly. Gave the customer a few samples of Tide pods to try vs liquid detergent. Also recommended increasing the water temp on the washer, increasing the water level for the cycle, and potentially an extra rinse if the customer feels it's necessary. The customer is to use and monitor."
