I noticed that unit was leaning a little forward because of the floor. I lowered front legs to level out washer more. Tested unit in a high spin again with wet towels to see how it would do. Unit is working correctly. Explained to customer that they are going to get some shaking because basket is being held by four suspension rods rather then a base like their old washer was.
