I ran a successful diagnostic test cycle in which the unit operated normally. I also started a normal cycle and the unit advanced into wash. Unit tested good

"Customer stated unit was having intermittent issues. Says that unit was not going into final spin but when putting unit into a drain and spin unit does spin but continues to slowly spin at the end and add water. Also says that when he tried to start a normal cycle unit did not give him the countdown. I put unit into a diagnostic mode and checked for stored error codes but did not find any. I ran a diagnostic cycle which ran successfully. Unit seems to be having a communication problem with boards. I tried to see if this ACU could be updated but it cant, ordering new ACU.; ordrng 1 W11322903 (CNTRL- ELEC)"
