Customer stated ice maker was not producing ice. When I arrived ice bin was full of ice and ice maker mold had ice in it. Customer said that it started making ice yesterday. I cycled unit to make sure it was harvesting correctly and also calling for water. I checked fill tube for any blockages. Also checked the wires at door hinge to make sure none of them are cut or pinched but did not see either. Customer is to monitor and let us know if it happens again.
