Customer concerned with a small amount of water on the floor and Drain pump running continuously. Found that the sink the unit drains into is plugged causing water to rise over the drain hose. This is causing pressure sensing issue. Small leak at faucet it running down cold water supply hose and onto the floor. A licensed plumber will be able to correct these issues.

Customer stated after using a bleach wash on the next wash the bleach had been still in machine and got on the clothing. Found the washer front was low and basket was hitting front of washer cabinet. Lowered front legs about an inch to level the washer. The bleach did not get fully drained out on previous wash. Filled with cold water and agitated and drained to clean washer out of any residual bleach. The washer tests good.

The dishwasher needs new rails with self closures. The parts are back ordered and 152 each . The customer is going to replace.

"Checked water pressure at water dispenser, flow is good. Found ice cubes jammed between auger and ice tray. Removed ice. Auger has a lot of play possibly causing it to jam. Cycled ice maker.
