I diagnosed unit by starting a cycle on a small load unit stopped pouring water in correctly also tried it on medium and large load both loads worked correctly. I took off lid and examined the pressure hose for any cuts or tears or if came loose but did not see anyrhing. I also took off control panel and blew through hose to make sure it was not clogged. I could not duplicate issue. I suggested customer uses machine on different size loads and watch it incase it does overflow.
