Customer stating that unit is not heating properly. Unit will reach desired temperature but will not maintain temperature once reaching that temp. Checked for fault codes. No codes present. Took resistance reading of temperature sensor at room temperature. Sensor reading was 1100k (1000-1200k) is the range in which it should be in. Temperature sensor tested good. Ran preheat to 350 and observed temperature with thermocouple. Unit is 100 degrees over desired temp when preheat is finished and never cycled heat back on due to this. Temp sensor is testing in range but not functioning properly. Found condenser coil vibrating on bottom frame and the discharge line was touching another one also vibrating. Moved discharge lines and put foam between the condenser coil and frame to stop vibrating. Adjusted the rollers and right hand door to be level . Unit tested good .
