I checked error codes found code F7E1 for basket speed fault. I did a tachometer test, made sure basket was spinning freely and that belt was not loose. I called whirlpool to ask what could be causing this issue and was advised to replace splutch and actuator. I had both in my van so I replaced them and started a normal cycle.
