Screw that customer used were too long and made contact with metal inside latch causing control and UI to short out and fail. Tech confirmed incoming voltage at control. Control is not sending voltage to other components on machine. "Customer stated that deli drawer was squeaking while gliding in and out. Also stated that the right side door is clicking when being moved and they are hearing a buzzing sound coming from fan. Found that customer is not using rinse aid. Explained that rinse aid is a rinsing agent that dispense and helps clean and prevent spotting on dishes.
