I went to try and replace drip tray but I realized that in order to replace it unit needs to be to tipped on its side so I was unable to do it. I poured water into drip tray to know if it was really cracked but I did not see any water leak through. When they shut the water off customer does not see any puddles but when water is on they do see water.
