Customer stated unit was cooking 25 deegres to cool. I asked her what temp gauge she was using. She showed me an oven thermometer she uses I explained to her that those are not the most accurate thermometer because the needle is still catching up when the oven is pre heated. I started a bake cycle to 350 degrees then used a temp gun took the temp of the back and sides then got an average. Unit is cooking properly. Informed her to get some biscuits follow instructions and see how they cook.
