Case number number 23467202 customer complaint is the unit was only hooked up to water with no power and it filled up with about 6 in of water and then there was water leaking out from the island in multiple places. Everything was dry when I arrived and I turned the water valve on for about 50 minutes and the unit did not fill at all and no leaks. Contacted tech line and we went over everything and could not find an issue with the unit. Tested unit and it ran properly. Tech line escalating ticket to customer service with no repair recommended as of now
