The customers complaint is that the unit is not cooling and when I checked the evaporator I found it was room temperature. I checked in the back and the compressor and the condenser fan were not running and the compressor was cold. I cycled power to the unit and the compressor and fan immediately turned on and I watched the evaporator for about 20 minutes and we have a full frost pattern. I instructed the customer to wait about 24 hours to let the unit get down to temperature before adding any items
