"Customer stated unit was not making ice. I checked the door harness for any pinched or cuts wires. I also checked the on/off switch and the bin switch, all tested good. I then checked the fill tube and saw that it was clogged with ice. I used the steamer to clear it, I then put unit into a diagnostic mode and filled it. Unit cycled then filled properly. Ice maker is now working."
