Customer stated that unit is still experiencing same issue. Unit is going into drain lockout mode at end of cycle. Unit is failing to sense if water is remaining in tub at end of cycle. Checked for codes upon arrival. No codes were present. Removed drain pump filter. Filter screen is clear. Removed air trap and cleaned air trap. Confirmed that trap does not have any holes in trap or hose. Reinstalled trap and pressure hose. Ran normal cycle of towels while in home. Waited for entire cycle to finish. Unit completed cycle as it should. If customer continues to have issues order WPW10448876 (pressure switch )

"Customer states the unit randomly stops during cycles. Often times the unit could be opened and resumed; but the last time the unit would not start again. F5E1 error code stored.
