The icemaker would not fill due to a frozen fill tube. Verified harness at hinge was not damaged. Thawed tube and tested fill in diagnostics. Replaced filter provided by the customer. Set freezer temps slightly warmer to prevent tube from freezing quickly. Recommending that the ice bin be dumped weekly to keep fill tube heater functioning.

Customer concerned with items still being wet at the end of the cycle. Found oversuds error in diagnostics. Ran clean cycle to check for excess suds found significant suds build up when running unit with no detergent. This will cause items to remain wet when the cycle is finished and can cause the unit to leak from the air vent. Found front bellow misaligned with drain. Reinstalled bellow properly.
