"Customer stated that she can hear a clunking sound and black marks after she runs a clean cycle. No codes. After inspecting the unit i found that the bolt holding the wash plate was loose causing the waahplate to move up and down, also while have the wash plate off i found the buildup that was causing the black marks. I removed buildup and tightened the wash plate bolt using loctite. I started a clean wash cycle using affresh for the customer. Unit tested good"
