Replaced basket in washer. Ran a diagnostic cycle but unit was still not agitating. Called whirlpool tech line. Tech line had me run some test. Found out that board is not putting out 120v to shifter so it will not shift into agitate. Board has been already replaced once earlier this year. Whirlpool advised me to replace board again but board is currently out of stock and customer has been waiting for washer to be fixed for a couple months.
