I replaced the control board on unit. We're unsure of what's going on with this issue. I talked to DF about it and he believes it is a sealed system issue but not sure. Unit is cooling ok in fresh food but not the freezer. Customer states hes had to defrost this unit manually then it would cool fine. It is pulling 137 watts. Customer is to monitor the evap defrost pattern.
