Customer stated that unit was freezing but then would get warm. When she opened the door she noticed the back wall was covered in frost. when I arrived unit was unplugged I plugged unit in and took amp draw of compressor. Unit was pulling between .9 and 1 amp. I called whirlpool to get this noted and was asked about pressures but I don't have the capability to do that. I let unit sit for 30min plugged in to look at frost pattern.
