Advised that if user has a smaller load of clothes to run it on a timed dry instead of a sensor cycle. Customer stated panel turned off on unit and was making a noise. Diagnosed unit and found pump activated when unit was plugged in. I canceled cycle and checked for error codes. Did find any error codes stored. I ran a diagnostic cycle and noticed that it was agitating very slowly. I checked underneath unit and noticed that actuator was old actuator and was out of place.
