"Customer stated that unit was shaking to the point that it damaged the cavity of the unit. I diagnosed unit checked for error codes but did not find any stored. I was able to bend side panel back in place. I ran a high spin speed with some wet towels to see how unit would act. Unit ran cycle successfully without any abnormal shaking. When I pushed basket down I was able to touch the floor, I reccomend replacing the suspension rods. ; ordrng 1 W11400156 (Suspension rods)"
