Customer is experiencing fresh food temps in the low 50s. Removed evaporator cover. Found a diminishing frost pattern at top of coil and ice build up at the evaporator inlet. Upper part of evaporator is warm causing incomplete defrosting of the lower section. This is a sealed system issue. Quoted for low side. "Customer stated unit was leaking. Diagnosed unit but could not get it to duplicate issue. I ran a normal cycle for 20 min and watched it but their was no leaks, I did noticed that unit had alot of suds. Checked jet dry level and found it to be turned up to 4. Turned jet dry level down to 2 and explained to customer that to much jet dry can cause suds which causes leaks."

Could not duplicate issue. Tested unit for about 10min and unit was running properly. I checked for any stored error codes but unit did not have any. Advised that if user has a smaller load of clothes to run it on a timed dry instead of a sensor cycle. If they're drying a smaller load the clothes won't hit the sensor and the unit will think the clothes are dry.
