"Found that water pressure coming to unit is weak. Found that saddle valve was not opened all the way causing weak water pressure and intermittent ice production. Opened valve as far as possible and water pressure is better. Advised customer to have a plumber install a ball valve for better water supply to unit. If problem persists after plumbing repair, will need to replace ice maker."
