Unit is noisy and has a burning smell during beginning of operation. Disassembled unit and found an excessive amount of lint stuck in the blower wheel. Cleaned out lint inside cavity and verified all rollers and pulley were spinning properly. Venting is clear. Tested for tumble and heat. Customer stated unit was leaking. I looked underneath unit and found small leak coming from water valve. Valve was not threaded on right and was not sealed all the way. SR7734765323 documented lo flo error with techline. Found standpipe not meeting minimum height requirements and low hot water pressure both drivers of a low flow error. Recommending water pressure be addressed

I ran a diagnostic test cycle in which the unit unlocked before it stopping the spin. Unit failed the tachometer test, i inspected the actuator/gearcase and found insulation plugging the hole where the speed sensor goes into. I removed the debris with a shop vac and then calibrated unit. Unit passed the tachometer test and i preformed a diagnostic test cycle in which the unit operated as intended. Unit tested good"

I ran a diagnostic test cycle and i open the door at step 3 and i saw lots of soup suds, i completed the cycle and there was suds left in the tub. I explained to the customer about too much suds and how it will cause water leaks from the door. Wash arms, door gasket and water temp all tested good. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that unit is not cooling. Upon arrival the compressor was not running, i unplugged unit for one minute and plugged back in the compressor started working. Frost pattern tested good, door gasket tested good and evap fan tested good. Unit tested good"

Unit is leaking from front left corner. Found lower Door seal cracked and allowing water to escape. Need lower Door seal to repair. Part is no longer available.

"Customer has to reset each step when doing wash. Long fill/no fill error in memory. Adjusted drain hose (see attached picture) so it was not more than 4.5 inches into drain pipe. Tested with self-diagnostic, no issues with draining or errors. Calibrated unit."
