Unit freshfood evap frosted . Evap thermistor was 9.5 k while evap was frosting . Customer has had unit frost up every year since they have owned it . Freshfood evap with thermistor has been changed 3 times and the UI has been replaced by another company . and service pointer has been followed . Called techline SR 7737247099 techline said there is no other recommendations since the UI was replaced. No parts that can be changed . Customer is going to call kitchen aid customer service
