"I could not duplicate issue and unit did not have any error codes stored. I called techline to ask what error code is but they also could not tell me because they say it's not an error code. When I started a quick cycle, unit filled, spun and drained correctly. customer states that it will wash ok for one load then second load he has to unplug unit for 30 minutes then it'll run. To me it sounds like an issue with the control board. I gave customer a quote for control repair but he wants to look at how much a new washer would be. If he calls back order (WH12X26034)"

I installed a new controller and temp sensor but was still getting same result. I set bake cycle to 400 and it got stuck at 380 until I touched the up button then it shot down to 350 and started going up till it reached 400. I called techline to get this documented. They suggested to do a service pointer that wants me to set temp to 350 but unit never says it reaches temp so I can't do service pointer. I suggested customer call customer service .
