I called tech line and they explained that there is a tolerance and to roll the gasket upward to pop it out and that should help seal it. I heated up gasket and the freezer door sealed. "Customer stated that unit stopped at the beginning of cycle. Error code F8E1- long fill. Upon arrival i discovered that the hot water was off and the cold water was barely turned on, i turned on water to unit. I ran a diagnostic test cycle in which the unit operated normally. Calibrated unit. I explained to the customer to leave both water valves on, how to load unit and how much HE detergent to use. I started a normal cycle with a load of laundry and the unit started cycle normally. Unit tested good"
