"Case number 24233280. When I arrived a fresh food temperature was 58 and the freezer was zero and the unit was making ice. Checked frost pattern and it was very full with ice buildup. Called tech line and we ran forced defrost and there was no power coming from the control board to the defrost heater. Unit needs a new control board; ordrng 1 W11806985 (Control), dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 2 W11504423 COUPLER AL 8X2 and 2 W11504448 COUPLER AL 5X1.8"

Customer complaint is a fill issue. Found power goes to the cold water valve but it does not open. Replaced water valve and tested for proper operation; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11038689 VALVE

Replaced suspension rods and tested for proper operation

Customer complaint is a unit does not dry clothes all the way. Found that with a full load in the door pops open canceling the cycle. Adjusted door latch and door now stays closed
