"Customer stated that unit is not making ice. After inspecting the unit i found that the IM tested good, the issue is with the water pressure going to unit. The unit is getting its water supply from a reverse osmosis system and the issue started a month ago when the filters were replaced in the RO system. Water pressure tested bad, i explained it to the customer. Unit tested good"

After removing agitator i discovered that the unit needs a new basket. Ordering basket W10752719; ordrng 1 W10752719 (Basket)

Replaced control. Ran diagnostic test no codes. Unit is operating as designed.

Replaced drain pump. Unit drains but drain pump will not shut off. Checked pressure hose it is clear. Ordering control. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11399433 (Control)

Customer states dishwasher will not drain. Ran dishwasher and found it draining slow. Removed drain pump and found a piece of broken glass in it. Removed glass reassembled ran test cycle no codes unit is operating as designed.
