Found that gearcase is leaking oil and cam tested bad customer does not want to repair unit

Customer states that door seal is broken ordering door seal W10906683 door seal square trade did not send a door gasket scgeding a return visit customer would like too be put on cancellation list ; ordrng 1 W10906683 (Door seal)

Installed new control board and damper on unit.

Complaint of unit not cooling. Unit unplugged on arrival. Powered on unit and found good frost pattern beginning to form on evaporator. Found damper is continuously cycling and not staying open. Need damper and control.; ordrng 1 W11087463 (Damper) and 1 W11035836 (Control)

"Unit making excessive thumping and grinding noise. Blower loose, belt slipping and bearing worn. Needs drum, idler, belt, motor, blower and too bearing.; rqstng P&A on 1 WE21X21439 (Drum) and 1 WE17X22215 (Motor) and 1 WE12M50 (Idler) and 1 WE12M29 (Belt) and 1 WE16X20393 (Blower) and 1 WE03X25094 (Top Bearing)"
