MICROWAVE KITCHENAID KOCE500ESS05 Tested oven and found no abnormal noises. Turned each fan on separately and they sounded good. Turned oven on and it is heating and cycling the heat on and off as expected.

Tech was pleasant and efficient. No issues with tech. Progress was not updated, however. If I was not at home it would have been inconvenient not knowing when he would arrive.
