Found that suspension rods tested bad. Installed new suspension rods. Ran washer unit tested good

Customer states that refrigerator and freezer is not cooling found a bad thermister w10383615 thermister truck stock replaced. Thermister Both sections cooling properly ; used 1 W10383615 ( Thermister) from stock

"Customer stated that unit has been working perfectly since last visit. Freezer temp is 1.8 and ff temp is 37. Compressor is drawing .97 amps. Evaporator has a full frost pattern. I replaced control, set FF to recommend and freezer to max cool. Unit tested good ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11504449 COUPLER 1 W11506619 COUPLER BR 8 , and 1 W11582579 COMPRESSOR"

"Customer complaint unit not heating. Found plug not fully inserted into receptacle. Plugged in and tested, unit is heating. Venting is clean, checked good airflow. Unit operating as expected."

"Customer stated that fresh food compartment seems too cold and that the freezer door isnt closing correctly. After inspecting the unit i found that the left door hinge screws where not tight, i tightened the screws using loctite. I also found that the unit was overstocked causing poor airflow / stagnate air. Unit tested good"
