"Customer stated that unit is not draining well. Error codes F2E1-stuck button , F7E1-tachometer missing , F0E9-ob pause & F0E5-off balance. I ran a diagnostic test cycle in which i discovered that the gearcase, dampers, and actuator all tested bad. Oil got into the motor and actuator. Ordering gearcase W11449840, cam W10721967, motor W11026785, belt W11239857, actuator W10913953, basket W11178224 and dampers W11396716; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11026785 (Motor) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator) and 1 W11396716 (Dampers) and 1 W11178224 (Basket)"

Customer stated that unit is not powering on. After inspecting the unit i discovered that the unit is not getting 240v. I explained to the customer that the issue is with the electric going to the unit.

"Customer stated that unit is kicking the breaker. Breaker is a 20 amp breaker. I put my amp clamp at the L1 line and ran the unit, unit is drawing 21.50 amps and when the heater kicks on after cycling the unit is drawing 24 amps before setting into drawing the 21.50 amps. I explained to the customer that the unit needs a 30 amp breaker. Unit tested good."

Customer stated that lid was locked. Lid lock tested bad but after quoting the customer she declined the repair.

Customer stated that unit was making a squeaking noise. I confirmed the noise and found it was coming from the handle of the door. Tightened the screws holding the handle and that fixed the problem. Unit tested good
