Unit had water residue on topof dispenser underneath valve solenoid. Replaced valve and tested. Found no leaks. If problem persists replace (W11094304)

Customer stated unit is leaking. I diagnosed unit and could not find leaks. Did find bad water valve. Ordering water valve and customer is to monitor machine to get better idea of whereleak is coming from. ; ordrng 1 W11595805 (Water valve)

Customer stated unit was tripping the GFCI Everytime they plugged unit in but when plugged into a normal outlet it does not. I diagnosed unit but could not find anything wrong. I called Dave he mentioned that in the installation guide it does point out that unit does not need to be plugged into a GFCI but if it is it can trip the breaker. Customer seems to be having an issue with his electric and not the range.
