Customer stated that light is not working and that the door seems loose. After inspecting the unit i found that bulb had blown and that the top door hinge was loose causing door to sag-tightened screws on hinge using loctite. I explained to the customer that the bulb would not be covered under warranty. Unit tested good

Customer complaint is water dispenser is consistently leaking. Two different companies have replaced water valve didnt fix issue. Unit has water in dispense area. Poured multiple cups and no drip present. Checked for air in lnes there is no conaistent drip to duplicate issue
