"Customer stated that unit is making a noise and wont start a cycle on towels. No codes. I inspected Cam , gearcase and actuator, all tested good. I then found coins under the Washplate, removed debris. I leveled unit. I calibrated unit. Ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I started a load of towels on the towel cycle, the unit filled/senses and got to wash as intended. I explained to the customer how to load the unit, how much HE detergent to use and about cycle selection. Unit tested good"
