Customer stated that rack adjuster is falling off. I confirmed the issue. Replaced rack adjuster kit.

"Customer stated that unit will not run a cycle. Error code F8E4-float switch, cleared code. I found water in the drip pan and removed it. I ran a diagnostic test cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I also ran a normal cycle for 15 minutes to confirm that the unit is not leaking, no leaks. Unit tested good"

Replaced UI and console. Unit tested good

Customer requested a reschedule of appointment ; schdld next appmnt for 11/4 FRI 8-9

"Customer stated that they could smell a burning smell when the unit was trying to spin and did not complete the spin cycle. Error codes F7E6-motor fault and F7E7-unable to reach target rpm. Gearcase, Belt, pulley, capacitor, harness and control all tested good. I preformed a diagnostic test cycle in which the unit operated as intended, i also preformed a spin in the component activation and let it spin out for 5 minutes. No defect found. I explained to the customer about proper loading and how much HE detergent to use. Calibrated unit. Unit tested good"
