"Replaced door rail left & right, hinges left & right and inner door. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that door is not closing correctly. After inspecting unit i found a failure in the left hinge that caused the inner door to buckle out. Ordering inner door WPW10709147, door rail left W11355410 , door rail right W11355411 and door hinges W11642291; ordrng 1 WPW10709147 (Inner door) and 2 W11642291 (Door hinge)s and 1 W11355410 (Door rail left) and 1 W11355411 (Door rail right)"

"Customer stated vent fan is blowing food from stove top into house. Checked and found no error codes, all functions as expected. Microwave checks good."

"Customer stated that unit is not completing a cycle. Unit did complete a diagnostic cycle normally. Error codes F2E1-stuck key & F8E1-long fill. The drain hose is going through the floor directly into a horizontal drain, i explained to the customer that the drain hose should be run into a 2 stand pipe with a trap. I also explained to the customer about proper loading and how much HE detergent to use. Calibrated unit. Ran another diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. Unit tested good"

When i went to replace the console i discovered that the connector to the board was not firmly inserted. I reinstalled the connector from the control to the console and the UI stated working. Unit tested good
