"Customer stated that they are finding water on the floor that is coming from unit. After inspecting the unit i found a water trail coming from the front left side of the unit indicating that its coming from the tub ring, suspension tested bad. I quoted customer for the repair but they declined due to the age of the unit."

"Replaced right front electrode and spark module, electrode was sparking but to the side. New electrode tested bad. Reordering right front electrode W11666003, right front burner head W11435630 and right front cap ; ordrng 1 W11666003 (Right front electrode) and 1 W11435630 (Right front burner head) and 1 W11590055 (Right front cap)"

"Customer was concerned if the IM is producing enough ice. Upon arrival ice bin was filled to 50% capacity, i cycle IM and the IM cycled as intended-filled with no issues. I explained to the customer how the IM works and how much ice to expect. Unit tested good"

Customer stated that the burner flames are too high. I verified the issue. I adjusted all burners to a simmer on low. Unit tested good

"Customer stated that unit is not spinning out a load of laundry. Error code F0E2-over suds. I ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. After speaking with customer i found that she is using 2 cups of powder detergent, i explained to the customer how much HE detergent to use, what too much suds does to a cycle & the outcome and about cycle selection. Unit tested good"
