"Customer stated that the issue was the same as last time, very noisy. I ran a diagnostic test cycle and discovered that the unit was only making a noise while agitating. I inspected unit and discovered coins stuck between the agitator and tub, i removed coins. I ran another diagnostic test cycle in which the noise was no longer present. Unit tested good"
