Washer goes from sense to done found that capaciter tested bad installed capaciter w11395618 truck stock ran washer unit tested good ; used 1 W11395618 (Capaciter) from stock

Customer states that door. Falls down. Diagnosed. A broke door hinge pulley ordering. Door hinge pulley while I was. Looking at dishwasher notice that dishwasher didn't have any noise barrier insulation WD01X10419 insulation noise barrier. Wd49x28839 door hinge pulley customer requests earliest appointment on the 9 th ; ordrng 1 WD49X28839 (Door hinge pulley) and 1 WD01X10419 (Noise barrier insulation)

Replaced harness and control. Calibrated unit. Ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. F7E9 error code did not reappear. Unit tested good.

"Customer stated that they found water under the deli drawers and leaked onto the floor. After inspecting the unit i found no evidence of water inside the fresh food compartment, no parts inside fresh food can cause that issue. I inspected the freezer compartment and drain is clear of debris, drain tubs are clear of debris. I did find that the left screw holding the freezer door track was backed out, i reinstalled the screw. Unit tested good"
